摘要: CISPR 25规定了车载部件无线电骚扰特性的限值和测量方法,其最新版增加了与新能源车相关的高压系统对外骚扰的限值和测量方法,但没有明确测试工况。本文基于CISPR 25,针对新能源客车电驱动系统的测试工况进行了研究,重点考察电压、电机转速及电机转矩对电驱动系统对外骚扰特性的影响,并基于测试数据总结了电驱动系统骚扰特性的影响因素及规律,有助于简化测试程序,提高测试效率。 关键词: CISPR 25;电驱动系统;测试工况;测试规律 Abstract: The limits and measuring methods of radio disturbance characteristics of car parts is set in CISPR 25, and the limits and measurement methods of the disturbance of high voltage system of the new energy vehicles is added in the latest edition, but there is no clear test condition. Based on the latest edition of CISPR 25, the test conditions for electric drive system of new energy bus were studied in the paper. Mainly studied the voltage, motor speed and motor torque on the disturbance characteristics of electrical drive system. Based on the test data, the influence factors and regularity of electric drive system character were summarized. The test program is simplified, and test efficiency is improved.
